These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and 77bet (hereinafter "77bet", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), operated under the domain 77bet.asia.

By accessing the 77bet website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. These Terms apply to all users accessing 77bet from any location, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other states and territories within Malaysia.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on 77bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The 77bet Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Minors are expressly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative or agent of any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, consultant, or agent of 77bet, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not under any form of self-exclusion order or gambling restriction, whether imposed by 77bet or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You have not previously had an Account with 77bet suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are registering of your own free will and are not acting under duress, undue influence, or the direction of a third party.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name as shown on your MyKad or passport, a valid email address, date of birth, and contact number. 77bet reserves the right to verify all submitted information at any time.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, 77bet requires all Players to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of the payment method used. KYC may also be triggered at any time at the discretion of 77bet's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

77bet will never contact you via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or telephone to request your password. Any such communication purporting to be from 77bet requesting password disclosure should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

77bet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency transfers in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 77bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from an unregistered third-party source may be reversed and the relevant Account subjected to additional verification or suspension.

• Minimum deposit amounts and transaction fees, where applicable, are published on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change.
• 77bet does not charge internal processing fees on standard local e-wallet and bank transfer deposits. However, third-party providers (e.g., your bank or e-wallet operator) may apply their own fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the requisite number of blockchain network confirmations.
• In the event of a failed deposit, do not attempt to re-submit without first contacting our support team to confirm the status of the original transaction.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed.
• All wagering requirements associated with any active or recently claimed bonus have been fully met.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's available Account Balance.
• The Player's Account is in good standing with no active fraud investigations, disputes, or violation notices.
• The withdrawal method selected matches the payment method used for the most recent deposit, where applicable under anti-money-laundering policy.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers via FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong — up to one (1) business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals (BTC, USDT) — 15 to 60 minutes subject to network congestion.

77bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its absolute discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity presents indicators of potential fraud or policy violations.

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and free credit rewards offered by 77bet are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each respective promotion. The general bonus terms set out in this Section 7 apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by a promotion's specific terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering multipliers are expressed as X10, X15, X20, or higher, as stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires a total of RM1,500 in qualifying bets to be placed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

7.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game categories contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, the following contribution rates apply:

• Video Slots: 100%
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10%
• Sports Betting: 20%
• Specialty Games (Keno, Virtual Sports): 50%

7.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permissible single bet or stake is MYR 300 per round or event, unless a lower limit is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not utilised and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit, as specified per promotion) will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

77bet operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, structured betting patterns designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and collusion between Players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, 77bet reserves the right to void all associated winnings and suspend the Account.

All bets placed on the 77bet Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each betting market and game type. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Sports Betting: Bets on football (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures), UFC, basketball, and other sports are subject to 77bet's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, in-play betting, and Mix Parlay combination bets.
• Live Casino: All live table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game shows) are subject to the rules of each individual game, as displayed within the game interface.
• Slots: Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Malfunction voids all pays and play. RTP figures displayed are theoretical long-run averages and not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the Player except where the Platform's specific rules provide for cancellation in defined circumstances (e.g., match postponement).
• Maximum Payout: Individual maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event category. These limits are published on the Platform and may be updated at 77bet's discretion.
• Error Bets: In the event of a technical error resulting in odds, lines, or game outcomes being displayed or settled incorrectly, 77bet reserves the right to void affected bets and recalculate settlements at the correct figures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bet Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under false personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 77bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic wagering strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms or guaranteed-profit conditions on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by a minor, or assisting a minor in registering or using an Account.
• Impersonating another Player, 77bet employee, or any other third party in communications with the Platform.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's technical infrastructure, servers, or network connections.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith after legitimate gameplay.

77bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Submission of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Account inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to dormant account charges as published on the Platform.
• At the Player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling framework.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Upon permanent Account closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining (after deduction of any fraudulently obtained winnings or policy-voided bonuses) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player or third party for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from the Player's own betting decisions, regardless of the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any game service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure events, or third-party provider outages.
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction history resulting from circumstances beyond 77bet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

77bet processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal information will be used to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, provide customer support, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and regulatory obligations. 77bet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease use of the Platform and close your Account.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated in the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 77bet Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the terms set out in 77bet's operating licence.

The parties agree that any dispute not resolved through 77bet's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to final and binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief before a competent court of law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
